banks treatment of small businesses

We all know banks are bastards. I've heard several stories like this: A small company is owed money from a big company, big company takes ages to pay, small company needs to pay its staff and other bills, money owed is more than enough to cover it. Small company asks bank for overdraft saying that there is enough money coming in soon. Bank refuses. Why the hell is this?
The reason, of course, is so the bank can increase its crippling charges on the small company.
banks need to be brought to account over their treatment of small business. personal customers have had their charges refunded where it was not considered fair, now the government should act to force the banks to do the same for small businesses. These crooks are just going to continue to get away with this licenced theft. Some highly profitable companies have gone to the wall because of these tossers!

Pikeys

We all hate pikeys yes?
Some have taken up camp near where I live. The stories I've heard is that they walk into ASDA, Nick stuff and just walk out. The security and the police do nothing! They had to close ASDA, which inconveniences the rest of us.
It appears that they are untouchable, just in case we are accused of being racist.
What do they bring to society?

• They pay no income tax
• They pay no national insurance
• They pay no council tax
• They don't even pay VAT, as all their stuff is nicked
• They bring aggro, mess and prostitution to our local area
  

And yet we have to provide free medical care, policing and clearing the bloody mess up afterwards.

If I didn't pay income tax, national insurance or council tax, the authorities would be down on my like a ton of bricks.

End of the world

So the world didn't end on Saturday. Shame about that, I had a £1 bet at 1,000,000/1 that it would. I could have been a millionaire!
The idiot who predicted it, Harold Camping, has not been seen since Saturday. Perhaps he's worried about me suing him for my lost quid!

The moaner

Isn't time the FA took some action against the moaning Scotsman?
He's at it again - says the refs are against his team. What crap! The refs are always giving Man Utd penalties in the last minute, always adding hours of injury time, so that his team can score, and sending off the opponents players to give his team the advantage.
When it doesn't go right for him, it's the refs fault!
Time to deduct points rather than just ban him from the touchline. I would suggest a 30 point deduction would be fair

Bankruptcy

If you move house, apply for a mortgage, or certain other things, then the solicitor checks to see if you have been made bankrupt. If your name is the same as someone who has been made bankrupt, then you have to swear that it is not you. (this you have to pay for of course).
Why don't they just include the National Insurance number in the bankruptcy court? That way there is only one person. SIMPLES!
Too bloody obvious I suppose. What stops people lying about it anyway?
